About The Attorney

Who I Am

Kyla Wilder McGee is a high-energy, self-motivated attorney with unique professional and practical experience in business and corporate law, real estate, landlord/tenant rights, employment law, including negotiating and drafting employment and noncompete agreements, and construction law. As a credentialed mediator, she provides a variety of mediation and alternative dispute resolution services in Montgomery and surrounding Counties.

Kyla Wilder McGee grew up in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an ex-pat kid, she had the opportunity to travel the world and learn unique and interesting facets about various world cultures. In middle school, her family relocated to The Woodlands, Texas where she attended The John Cooper School. Kyla went on to attend Texas A&M University and received her bachelor’s degree in 2008. After college, Kyla attended South Texas College of Law and was licensed to practice law in 2013. After working at large and medium-sized firms, she decided to go out and practice on her own where she could give her clients the close one-on-one attention she felt was lacking at larger firms.

If you speak to her clients, you will learn that Kyla is a very passionate and caring attorney and always has her client’s best interests at heart. She zealously advocates for her clients in and out of the courtroom and will always take the extra steps necessary to ensure her clients are taken care of.

“Kyla has been so much more to me than my business attorney. She’s helped guide me throughout the entire process and has made starting my own business less scary and easier than I ever thought possible. Before I was ready for this step, she made my business possible by helping me with several business contracts. She’s an absolutely amazing woman and attorney, so I trust her advice implicitly.”

Miranda B. Spring, TX

“Wonderful, hardworking, and caring attorney. Kyla helped up close on our home. We were selling our home without realtors involved, so we knew we needed help with filling out all the required paperwork properly. She handled everything for us, and we sold our home without a glitch. She saved us a ton of money. You won’t be disappointed!”

Katie C. Spring, TX

“Kyla gets things done! 30 minutes on the phone with her and I’m a new woman! She has been a tremendous help to me with a business issue. Next she is reviewing my business contracts and helping me go from a DBA to LLC. She is extremely knowledgeable and well worth the investment. Her service is one of the best investments I’ve made for my business. Thank you, Kyla!”

Naomi K. The Woodlands, TX

Kyla is a fantastic resource for business owners. She walked me through the most effective steps to open my own business and took care of all of the paperwork. It was so simple.
